Hills’ High School has offered me the opportunity to lead a school with a difference – at once modern with the state – of – the art infrastructure facilities yet deep rooted in ethos, values and traditions; centered on Indian cultural heritage and upholding its constitutional values yet having a global prospective keeping pace with the 21st century global trends; developing dynamic and innovative attitude yet in the main stream; striving for excellence without the killer spirit of competitiveness; imparting ‘Empowering Education’ rather than bookish knowledge; holistic development as its vision with individual attention…… The School has grown in leaps and bounds in strength from hundreds to thousands within a span of 10 years. I owe my sincere gratitude to the management and the founders – Shenaz Miss and Hoshang Sir for it is their foresight, vision and more than 40 years of their dedicated service in the field of education that we proudly say we have reached this peak. Hills has developed a distinct entity of being a ‘learning organization’ that react more quickly to changing external environment, embrace innovations and ultimately improve student learning outcomes. The collaborative efforts of students, parents and teachers are the heart of learning at Hills High. Our vision statement is to be a ‘Learning Organization in nurturing young individuals into physically fit, responsible and patriotic citizens of tomorrow having values of honesty, empathy, kindness and consideration for others by adopting innovative & experiential strategies in scholastic and co-scholastic domains of learning’. Expectations for our students are high at Hills High. We firmly believe that every child has talents and we try to provide a wide variety of activities as possible so that every child can experience success. Hills High School has four specialist programmes to enrich the learning opportunities for our students. E – Cube – a secular self-development programme to empower, entertain, and elevate school children by stimulating the internalization of universal values. Abacus – is based on the usage of both the hands that stimulate both, Left & Right hemispheres of the Brain and that ensure complete brain development. Multiple Intelligences Academy – emphasizes developmentally appropriate activities, which address individual needs and differences of each student conducted every Saturday. Hills Speakers’ Academy – helps learners who want skills and courage to become confident and competent as speakers. Hills High School has some outstanding and state of the art facilities Laboratories, Library including e- library and Reading Rooms , Outdoor and Indoor Sports and Games, Vocal and Instrumental Music, Dance, Fine Arts and Digital Class Rooms. We aim to provide excellence in all our education programmes.
