The theme of World Mental Health Day, 2023 is “Mental Health is a Universal Human Right” which serves as a reminder to everyone on the planet to raise awareness, advance understanding and encourage action that will protect everyone’s right to mental health. Good mental health is vital to our overall health and well-being.
In light of the same, Mental Health Week was celebrated in our school where various activities for the students, teaching and non-teaching staff were conducted. These activities were planned and executed by team of counsellors in our school.
