On 18th and 19th January the Annual Sports Day was held to celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork. The students, teachers, parents and the dignitaries Miss Aditi Vaidya and Miss Anuja Vaidya (mountaineers) all gathered on the ground to cheer our young athletes. The day started with the opening ceremony by lighting the mashaal and band display. This was followed by an action packed schedule of events, including track, field & relay races, etc. Our students showcased impressive co-ordination in display of Aerobics, Yoga, Karate and traditional games. The air was filled with cheers and applause. This year the theme of our Annual Sports Day was "highlighting importance of sports an alternative to mobile." Events like sports day are essential to spread the message to the community to reflect on the importance of living a balanced lifestyle and make conscious effort to limit our mobile use and engage in more outdoor activities.
